01. Heavy-Duty Planetary Mixing
Dual SS316L multi-layer mixing blades provide planetary movement for thorough processing of viscous materials. Independent speed adjustment allows flexible operation.
02. High-Speed Dispersion System
Equipped with a 45kW explosion-proof dispersing drive and two SS316L sawtooth dispersion discs for additional high-speed processing.
03. Vacuum Processing
A sealed mixing vessel, explosion-proof vacuum pump and buffer tank form an integrated vacuum system. Designed for processing under reduced pressure.
04. Jacketed Temperature Control
The 2-bar pressure-rated jacket supports heating or cooling through an external thermal medium. Separate temperature sensors monitor the material and jacket temperatures.
05. Hydraulic Discharge Press
A separate hydraulic pressing system with a 316L stainless steel pressing plate helps discharge high-viscosity materials from the mixing vessel.
06. Explosion-Proof Control System
Independent frequency control, Schneider electrical components, Siemens Beide motors and multiple safety interlocks are incorporated into the control system.

Before delivery, the complete system was assembled and tested at the Watch the factory trial of our 800L explosion-proof vacuum planetary mixer, designed for high-viscosity liquid and resin-based materials.
This mixer features a 316L stainless steel vessel, jacketed temperature control, vacuum processing, planetary mixing, high-speed dispersion, PTFE wall scraping and hydraulic lifting. The system is equipped with explosion-proof motors, variable-frequency speed control and multiple safety interlocks.
