Hydraulic Tilting Sigma Blade Mixer

Product Description

400L Tilting Sigma Mixer for Clay and Zeolite-Based Materials

Karvil Machinery customized 400L Hydraulic Tilting Sigma Kneader Mixer for processing clay and zeolite-based materials before granulation. The mixer is designed for demanding mixing applications where the material requires strong kneading action, reliable torque transmission, and efficient discharge.

The machine features Sigma-type blades, hydraulic tilting discharge, hydraulic cover opening, variable-speed control, and stainless steel 304 contact parts with mirror-polished surfaces, while the 30 kW drive provides the torque required for demanding industrial mixing.

For materials that are sticky, cohesive, or difficult to discharge, the hydraulic tilting design allows the mixing chamber to be tilted for more convenient and efficient material removal.
