Main motor: 15 kW Siemens, with a 15 kW inverter for smooth control
Blades: Sigma type, mirror polished for easy cleaning
Material contact parts: SS304 stainless steel, polished to food-grade finish
Discharge system: Screw extrusion, Ø108 mm barrel with DN100 manual ball valve
Cooling system: Both the mixing shaft and screw barrel are jacketed for circulating water cooling
Top cover: Equipped with a DN200 manhole, two sight glasses (one with light)

This setup ensures precise temperature control, stable operation, and high-quality results in silicone rubber production.
