A1: Yes, the ribbon mixer and screw conveyors are optimized for cohesive and free-flowing powders alike. The twin-screw packaging machine ensures precise dosing of such materials.

Q2: Is the machine fully made of food-grade materials?
A2: Absolutely. All components in contact with material are mirror-polished SS304 stainless steel, ensuring full compliance with food-grade standards.

Q3: How does the safety interlock work?
A3: When the safety grid is correctly placed, the mixer can operate even with the lid open. If the grid is not in position, the mixer automatically shuts down to prevent accidents.

Q4: Can the system be customized for different bag sizes or packaging formats?
