Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Curved Flap)

The machine utilizes a pneumatic curved flap valve for discharge.

1. Function: The valve’s curvature matches the mixer drum, eliminating dead pockets where unmixed material could accumulate.

2. Automation: Pneumatic actuation allows for remote control and integration with automated packing lines.

3. Sealing: Provides a tighter seal compared to standard butterfly valves, preventing fine powder leakage during the mixing cycle.

Double Ribbon Agitator

The internal agitator consists of two helical ribbons mounted on a central shaft.

1. Outer Ribbon: Pushes material from the sides toward the center.

2. Inner Ribbon: Pushes material from the center toward the sides.
