Karvil Machinery has recently completed the production and factory testing of a 3000L full explosion-proof vacuum sigma kneader for a customer in the United States.
The machine was engineered for processing adhesive and other high-viscosity materials, where strong kneading, temperature control, vacuum processing and reliable discharge are important.
This project combines several key configurations in one heavy-duty sigma mixer, including heavy-duty sigma blades, vacuum processing, jacket cooling, an external water chiller and screw discharge.
The US customer required a large-capacity mixer capable of handling demanding adhesive materials.
Instead of using a standard mixing configuration, Karvil designed the machine around the customer's specific process requirements.
The result is a 3000L industrial sigma kneader with a complete explosion-proof configuration and multiple process functions integrated into one machine.

For this US project, the mixer was further equipped with vacuum, cooling and screw discharge systems to address the customer's complete processing requirements.
