Mixing Principle: Dual planetary mixing mode; two or more impellers simultaneously orbit and rotate at high speed, ensuring strong shearing, kneading, and dispersion of the material.

Vacuum System: Integrated high-vacuum sealing system continuously removes gas and moisture from the material during the mixing process, resulting in a bubble-free, high-density, and uniformly distributed finished product.

Heating/Temperature Control: Electric heating jacket precisely controls material temperature, suitable for processes requiring heated reactions or reducing material viscosity for better mixing.

Scraping System: Automatic scraper operates closely against the barrel walls and bottom to thoroughly remove adhering material, ensuring seamless mixing without dead spots or residue, and improving batch purity.
