Off To Ecuador! Handling Tough Protein Bar Dough with Our 50L Sigma Mixer.

Just finished the final test run for this 50L full stainless steel kneader. The client is using it for protein bars, so we know the torque requirements are high.

We didn’t cut corners here:

  • Material: All contact parts are solid SUS316 (not just 304) because hygiene is priority #1.

  • Power: Siemens Inverter inside. It runs smooth and steady, even under heavy load.

  • Control: Full PLC touch screen. Easy for operators to manage recipes.

It’s always satisfying to see a shiny machine ready for crating. Thanks to our Ecuadorian friends for the trust!
